This 2 piece set is white 100% cotton, has brown dotted grosgrain ribbon at the shoulders and around the bottom hem of the top and matching brown dotted grosgrain ribbon bows on the shorts.

Top has elastic around the neck line and bows are sewn in place, so no worries about coming untied. Shorts has elastic waist band and elastic around the bottom w/ beautiful ruffle hem.
Matching Brown dotted grosgrain ribbon hair bow is included.
